Am i being played by my separated illegal alien spouse?

I don't understand the problem. If you married him knowing he was illegal thinking he was using you for papers then simply do NOT process his papers. If someone treats you like that and doesn't own up to the fact that they are having a kid TOO then why do you want him? You can do better. I am married to an illegal as well but I'd be damn if my man was gonna treat me like that. I put his name on the birth certificate cuz he is the father, not for any other reason, nor is that going to help him later down the line. If he's making thousands, you better get some of that, girl! Whether he's doing it illegally or not, he made a baby and he married you therefore he needs to take care of you and the baby or you need to tell that playa to play on and file your papers for divorce and custody and be done with it. Why are you hanging on? If he doesn't care, you can't make him. It's a non-issue about whether he's legal or not, he's still a human being and so are you and you don't deserve that crap.
