Black pad you wrap around your stomach for abs?

Has anyone seen that commercial for that ab-cruncher or ab-blaster or whatever that you wrap this black pad around your stomach and its supposed to give you abs by motion or whatever. He's like "you don't even need a prescription!" and stuff. Does anyone know the name of it or where I can buy one? Thanks in advance
