Feeling really suicidal right now..need your help and advice?

I have had thoughts like this before, they come and go. I try to push all of the negative thoughts out of head and turn them into positive ones. Please don't do it, think of your family and that beautiful little girl you have. She will miss you so much. I know it may seem like things aren't getting any better, but trust me , they will. All hope is not lost.
