I am biual. I had a current same relationship. How would i open this up to my family?

Im into a two year relationship now with a same . We loved each other so much. Its quiet difficult for us because we kept this relationship a secret to both of our families. All they thought is that were really good friends. We dont have the nerve to come out in the open especially me. My mother is ultra conservartive including my brothers who has a close mind for these things. They will surely disown me and condemned me. I love my mom so much that i could not even give her another heartache when she find out.
