Did it work or not work?

ok I'm on clomid ,estradiol, crinone, fertility drug's to help ttc. this was my first month on them all. I ovulated on day 14.... we bd on 10,11,12,14... the reason I had to be put on it was cause of the depo my lining got thin but I have now been off the depo shot for a year now. This is my question today is 14 dpo . there is no sign of a period. also I check my cervix nothing no blood at all. the only thing I feel is gy , sore or tender, an cramps like I need to go to the bathroom, sorry TMI, Do you think it work for me this month .
