Why has no action been taken to investigate the clogging of the Rajang River by wood debris in Sarawak?

No action has been taken so far to find out why the disaster took place in the Rajang River wiping out valuable resources and the fresh water fish. One minister did mention the wanton felling of trees but so far no official statement.
