Have you ever been continually propositioned when you were seeing someone else?

I love this woman I'm seeing, but the problem is she can't make up her mind what she wants to do and I feel it's a losing battle for me. I have been very patient but I see life ping me by. This other person is being persistent in their advances. I am a committed person so I don't see two people at the same time even though I'm single. How long do you give a person to make up their mind before you finally give up? I really don't want to move on, but am I wasting my time?
