Heart murmur causing adrenaline rushes ?

i have a heart murmur and have been experiencing these sort of adrenaline surges they arent painfull just unconfy , it sort of goes through my body and makes me feel weird for a second then i get pins and needles in my hand then im all back to normal , it feels like a rush of hormones and it makes me feel really unconfy i have stop what im doing , any ideas or people with the same with any stories ??? thankyou !
