Last year my boyfriend found a camera bag with a memory card on the beach by Boston. How to find the owner?

There are vacation pictures from Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam etc. Also there are 2 pictures from what we ume is their backyard with lots of pumpkins in the gr. There is also one picture of the couple themselves. Anybody got any good ideas? We have put it on some internet lost and found thing but have not received any replies.
