Poem about separation - any comments?

Let me see if I have the meaning right. A person lost them self in a frightening relationship and thinks the only way out is back into the relationship. Has a ring of insanity to it. this person is wanting the same thing expecting different results. It does do a good job telling us how we can get trapped and frozen and lost in a relationship but insanely think the person who did it to you is going to be the one to thaw you out and release you.
