Has anyone in Canada heard of Fair Valley Loans?

My daughter is thinking of getting a loan through them but is a little worried. She does not have to put anything down, can have a co-signer. It has a address in Pickering, Ontario, it has a phone number and a fax but when you try and call it you usually get a busy signal except for about twice a week. Would like to know if anyone knows about this company or how to go about finding out if it is really there, as there web site says they been around since the ninties. Thanks
