we only train 4 hours a week sometimes 6. And i'm really serious about gymnastics, is 4-6 hours enough training a week if i want to keep getting better? or should i ask for more hours to train? Because i really love my coach and i don't want to change gyms. But I want to get up to Elite levels hopefully one day. Im almost 16 years old by the way. and im Level 5(floor)-6(tramp&db.mini
