My boyfriend had with his ex girl on holiday, i have taken him back because he explained what happened?

and i think most guys would never tell you so from this i could draw the conclusion that he loves me, but i keep thinking abut it because it was his first time, he lost his virginity to her and not me. It keeps hurting me so i don't know wether he thinks of me or her and how i would get him to forget about her and think of me because all guys will always think of their first time they make love right. Im still virgin and i wanted to loose it to him, but i feel like its unfair to me, but i still love him, Im confused... helppp!!
