Song Copyright question?

I'm wanting to submit a video I made to a contest.. but the rules say that i have to own copyright on everything.. the problem is.. the video is made to a song and I don't own copyright on the song.. so I need to figure out what to do.. I don't know who wrote the song and I can't find the guy that sings it.. the song can be found here a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAFGRDZFX0s" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAFGRDZFX…/a (because of the brave) I went to the link in the description and emailed the person who wrote the article about Dennis Roberts (The guy that sang the song) but they never replied (it's been over a week) so is there any way for me to submit this? or what?
